We hear your concerns - due to the nature of the industry, you may occasionally need to work longer hours during a busy season. We encourage employees to utilize their earned PTO to help with work life balance. Additionally, stores earn commission based on the store hitting their goal rather than individuals to help encourage that friendly work environment.
