Pros

It paid the bills (barely)

Cons

Classic case of too many middle managers. I had 8 bosses. They also didn't offer any maternity leave for pregnant employees so good luck there. Horrendous CRM written in Visual Basic as well. You were also required to work at least one Saturday shift a month as overtime.

Thank you for sharing your experience as a Sales Associate. One of the best perks of working at DriveTime is that we pay our CEGs a base salary to help take the pressure off making a sale and instead you get to focus on assisting our customers! We understand that working retail hours can be taxing, and we hope you know just how valuable you are - helping our customers get into the right car at the right terms is an essential part of our business and we thank you for your hard work and dedication. Our DriveTime mission is to create opportunities and improve lives for both our customers and our employees, and this comes in many different shapes and forms. Whether it be our tuition reimbursement program to assist our employees on their journey of higher education or our Leap Into Management course for new managers, we are always searching for ways to help our people grow. Thank you for sharing your experience with us and we wish you all the best in your next role!
