Pros

None, decent base pay, only good thing.

Cons

Everything. Does everything possible illegal under the sun here. Force you to lie to customers, sign people up who are not even in the store let one same state. This company needs to be investigated and shut down, it’s absurd how much illegal activity goes on. The micromanaging is unneeded. Mad that we don’t stay with the illegal practices. Forcing to run apps on people who do not want their credit ran. The federal government needs to investigate drivetime.

Pros

Not your average high pressure car dealership, but don’t work here if you don’t like sales You have a team to help with a lot of daily tasks Room to advance to management can be fast if you work hard and even faster if you are willing to relocate You don’t take work home with you Sundays are closed Generous sick time

Cons

Team based makes it frustrating when some work harder than others You make a lot of calls daily to customers Work/life balance isn’t the greatest as the shifts are usually 1030-7 You don’t get 2 days off in a row unless you are a manager Generous sick time - people call out a lot and it puts a strain on the rest of the team
