      Very Flexible Job, Management Questionable

      Pros

      - Flexible work schedule, they allow you to take off when you need to mostly - Every other friday off work schedule - Great benefits - Large Company, so lots of potential opportunities to move around

      Cons

      - Management doesn't seem to make good decisions all the time - Promotions are based on who you know, not performance - If not identified as top performer early in career, could hurt career opportunities - Leadership is questionable at best - Performance review process

      Good opportunities, Compensation and benefits, good co-workers

      Cons

      politics rule, performance management system results in back stabbing and forcing good people into poor performance catagories with no mercy. People are scared to take risks, constant threat of downsizing and budget cuts, yet a new country club and hotel costing millions get approved. CEO is power hungry and doesnt really care about people.

      Pros

      Some people are nice. Good pay. Ok benefits.

      Cons

      Too much dei. DEI is valued more than innovation. Dow is moving to cutting its central rd to mimic other similar companies. Investments from management have offered zero returns. There is no good vision and their only way to manage it is to fire people. It wasn’t this bad under Liveris. There is zero and I mean zero prospect of growth. They will cut their way to profitability.
