Pros

Going home with Cash Nightly was about the only reason this job was worthwhile. Discounts on certain Menu Items up 40% off. Some Managers were very cool to and decent to work for and others not so much.

Cons

Put tons of Miles on my Vehicle only was making 3.25 per hr while on Delivery. You're over scheduled constantly and hardly are they willing to be flexible if you work a second job or are taking classes going to school. Sometimes certain crew members began to form cliques of the "Cool Kids" and if you weren't liked they would be real quick to try to get you pushed out ie; Sent home early or try to Steal Big Order Deliveries from you in order to make a Larger Tip, thus screwing you out of money. Domino's Doesn't really provide much opportunity for Career Advancement unless you want to become a General Manager which then is the Only time you'll make enough money to be considered a Livable Wage. After putting in 4yrs with this Company, i received only a 1.28 Raise in 4yrs. My Store owner was more of a Penny Pincher.

Pros

it is a Job, it is nice getting some cash from deliveries, and occasionally there is a good tip or two, also time spent out on deliveries is better than being confined to the store.

Cons

You are expected to know how to deal with customers on the phone while Navigating the un- intuitive computer software, that over complicates ordering a Pizza with way to many coupon codes, it is annoying to the customer and for the employee being bombarded with internet Orders while being expected to deal with the phone "System" at the same time, the place is a nightmare, bells constantly ringing and tasks that are continuously being interrupted before you get a chance to finish the first thing you started. The store I work at is in a bad part of town, and people on welfare do not tip well.
