Pros

There is certainly a collegial environment at the workplace and all of us got along rather well with each other. It was a fun place to earn a little extra cash and hang out with my friends the summer before college.

Cons

Of course, the pay. That and it got extremely hot in the summer with the oven going all day and the air conditioner constantly on the fritz. Some customers would also give me a hard time while I was there.

Pros

The hours are flexible unless you are the general manager. You work in an environment that tends to be fun unless your boss is a prick. Driving is definitely the way to go. You make good money and you get money for gas. As a driver you are not there long enough to start hating the job. Domino's also gets discounts for its workers for certain things like your monthly cell phone bill and car oil changes. You get to learn the city you work in fairly well. During the summer you can go into the freezer and cool off.

Cons

If you want a full time job this is not it. Managers are overworked and underpaid. The base pay was $11 and hour. This was a good salary in the 90's maybe, but in today's economy it's crap. The amount of tasks you need to do and skills you have to have in order to manage the store properly definitely makes the pay not worth it. There are bonuses but they are very difficult to achieve. Here is an example: You get a percentage for labor that was difficult to achieve in the 90's and they expect you to do it now when minimum wage and food costs are higher. They are not very realistic. It's easier to think of negatives than positives for this company.

Pros

Drivers are capable of making good money if they work at the right location. High income neighborhoods obviously give better tips. Good place to work if your looking to make quick cash. Can be a decent option for a second job. Evening dinner rush is generally the best time to make money in this business and if you work there from 6-9 daily you can make enough supplemental income.

Cons

No insurance plans for drivers, putting miles on your car, current gas prices. Driving and delivering in snow, rain etc. Lack of money if you dont work at the right location.
