      Pros

      Domino's has the best rate per delivery for driver compensation. Good training helps newbies get on the road quickly and confidently.

      Cons

      Depending on the location, turn over for store manager can be kinda high. I don't think that's a reflection of the company as a whole, though.

      Entirely Depends on Franchisee.

      Pros

      Corporate provided good ideas and promotion. We had a great manager who stood up for and valued the employees. Work was relatively simple and easy.

      Cons

      Our franchisee often mistreated employees (verbally, occasionally with needless threats, incorrect placement of blame). Corporate reviews were inconsistent (store could be a 1-star by one reviewer and a 4-star by another). No real opportunity for growth (not that one would expect such from a minimum-wage, part-time job).
