      Pros

      Expectations are made clear for employees. Some insurance is available. Good for students or those who want part-time income. Most of the customers are nice.

      Cons

      Constantly cleaning up after shop-lifters. Rude behavior by store managers. Gossip abound. Everyone is talking about everyone, and it gets old quickly. Pay is not worth the amount of actual work done. Some expectations are not feasible. Management often plays favorites, when enforcing rules and expectations.

      Pros

      I worked with a great bunch of people. I enjoyed working with the customers and helping them find what they needed.

      Cons

      No hours to complete what needed to be done in stores. No support from corporate. Was told to tell my managers no whining and they just needed to do it no matter what it took.

      Some of the customers are Fun, and most of my Coworkers are awesome.

      Low pay.. crap hours. Dumb customers. Dumb Corporate Leadership. Too much work expected for no pay.
