      Pros

      Never a dull moment. There was always a new project to be working on. Most of my coworkers were passionate about the subjects of their work. The processes were extremely organized and well run. Everyone acts professionally and reliably together.

      Cons

      Like many corporate comms jobs, you have to be willing to work at odd hours sometimes, especially if you are on call for crisis management.
