Pros

Challenging environment to work. So you build up nerve for unorganised environment.

Cons

1. Systems are not in good shape. There are a lot of systems to learn before u learn process. 2. Application are out of date. DB is still using SSR. 3. Extra pressure on people managers as there are no team leaders. Managers r expected to do TL plus Manager job. 4. Lot of politics. 5. Performance evaluation is not transparent. 6. Human resources department is not efficient at all. 7. IT dept doesn't know what to do with most of the applications plus they work at a snail's speed to resolve any iT issues. 8. Getting application for my staff was big headache. It used to take 2 to 3 months for an employee to get full access to required applications. Massive pain area.

> Above market Pay (but you are doing 1.5 jobs so it does not matter) > Some very talented, motivated people > Good facilities

Cons

> Fear Culture , Face hours > Hire and Fire > They will literally use you to maximum and then dump you > No concern about employees or clients > No possibility of mobility, promotion in reality
