      steep learning curve but it all depends on the team; passionate young people for the most part; exposure to various groups within operations across the globe;

      unwillingness to invest in its people leading to a revolving door environment; lack of clear direction due to change in management every few years; few career path opportunities unless you have strong connections; not offering competitive pay;

      Can be good, but you need to be careful

      Pros

      Great benefits. The bank wants people to be happy and productive and tries through many initiatives. A lot of smart people, but motivation is low. Good work is rewarded.

      Cons

      Very politcal, need to step carefully. The systems are terrible and the proposed solutions are so large that they end up failing. Long term goals are routinely overruled by new initiatives from senior management. There's a lot of talk about communication and making things better for employees, but cost cutting and new regulations routinely trump those initiaves. It can be hard to make meaningful changes from the trenches.
