Very professional and international working environment. Learned a lot from the quality of the people I was working with. Leading financial institution.
Cons
The downside was the number of working hours. However I am not complaining as this was part of the job I was doing, corporate finance advisory.
1) There is always possibility to move to another team / project if you wish so
2) You can find interesting work even in so not creative area as programming finance products
3) Salary in moscow is higher than in average moscow software company
4) You can be late on work in case you overall performance well
Cons
1) promotions/salary increase one time per year
2) if you get to not right team , you will need to work there for a year at least
3) a lot of boring work if you want to be promoted - so high skilled programmers cant be VP
even if they have a great experience they need to do paper work t be promoted (russian mentality that programmer cant be important person)
