Pros
Lovely people, great lower and middle level management. Free coffee, fruit and regular social events.
Cons
Very slow progression and the jump to management can take several years. The salaries within the Cardiff sites are awful with entry level Analyst roles starting around 17k meaning the vast majority of people take a pay cut to join Deloitte. Partners and Directors think of Cardiff as cheap labour and therefore the Cardiff sites are often overlooked.
