      In for ambitious

      Pros

      Good to get start if you are ambitious enough to place your career first. As an associate you are going to work in the front line and gain much knowledge not taught in your MBA texts. Have fun in the parties if you are a party guy/gal. Love travel? Come here.

      Cons

      Bad work-life balance. Opaque promotion and performance valuation criteria. Just opposite to the pros, if you do like party, if you don't like social, if you don't like travel, this is not the place for you. You need to be proactive and dynamic enough to be staffed. Take care of your business yourself, don't count on others.

      Pros

      The culture and the people are amazing. The benefits are sweet as well! I loved waking up in the morning and heading out to work. It was something I looked forward to everyday, no matter what was in store. The people are friendly, and were always willing to take me out for lunch or a coffee, especially during hard days. They were kind and were really interested in knowing me rather than just establishing a rapport based on a working relationship. It was a great place to work, and I would definitely recommend this to any other person looking for a summer internship.

      Cons

      It's become an upside down pyramid, of more seniors than there are lower levels. Thus, there looks to be little to no room to move up.
