      Workfloor without much recognition.

      Pros

      Good branding of company, great that you get a car (albeit a small one) right from the start, nice training programs.

      Cons

      Car is actually blue with green mirrors, cash compensation package (gross amount) not that impressive, very rigid compensation structures as is customary at big 4's.

      Pros

      1. a good place to start your career and get your foot into the industry or the profession 2. good availability of resources for research, knowledge, and networking 3. decent vacation days, (but only on days that the client is gone also) 4. you work with intelligent people 5. good reputation of a company, you can show off to your friends and family 6. hotel points and miles 7. good lunches and dinners (but lunches are done away with now, "due to the economy")

      Cons

      1. favoritism shown to people who "they" have a personal connection to 2. unequal opportunities given for professional development 3. raises/compensation based on faulty rating system that's open to bias 4. work load goes from extreme high where you are working sleepless nights to near to nothing forcing you to take PTO or scrounge around for billable hours 5. breeds a culture of backstabbing and unhealthy competition
