      Pros

      The exposure to different projects and clients is top-notch. In my time here, I successfully delivered over 4 projects from end-to-end, which rapidly accelerated my learning. The position was fully remote, offering a significant amount of flexibility in managing my work and personal life.

      Cons

      While working on multiple projects is great for exposure, it can feel like you're only scratching the surface. It was sometimes difficult to gain deep technical ownership or see the long-term impact of the work. As a remote developer, it was easy to feel disconnected from the broader firm culture. Your experience is often defined entirely by your current project team, for better or worse.

      They're very relaxed with remote work (at least the team I was in)

      Cons

      Everything else. Managers provided practically no guidance. I don't think I was able to even get a call with my manager the whole time I was there. The work is a bit hey how ya going.
