      - good opportunities for juniors - a lot of internal initiatives - great place to grow - competitive benefits - some projects have nice team mates - good personal life/ work balance

      Cons

      - same old corporate problems - everything is a process - most people are mediocre from a technical point of view - you can only learn so much on outsourced projects - lack of connection to the product
