Pros
I actually enjoyed the relationship with the senior management. They were friendly and available for every kind of explanation since they had a deep understanding of the job.
Cons
The partners were strictly focusing on the economical side of the projects not caring too much about the performance of the overall enterprise. Better to hire new "cheap" employees than keeping the people who really value (I'm focusing on the senior management role).
