Pros
Great Location, Lots of training. You learn really things you wouldn't expect. Facilities are exceptional.
Cons
Environment toxic. Many people are frustrated and under-qualified. Management has really poor skills and often you are up to things you are not supposed to do. High turnover, lots of people go away and none come in to replace them. Totally difficult from other Dell locations, where you can find a very strong meritocracy. In this location you have lots of thing that don't work.
