      Diversity groups, Leaders, strong global presence, Flexibility to work from anywhere, Brand name, Location (Austin), pay salary are all good perks of working in Dell.

      There is no career program as such available for anyone. One has to find a niche, market himself and develop themselves to get promoted or move to different organizations within dell..

      work life balance is the good part of dell especially for working mothers as they provide the benefits to take time off from work to fulfil you family obligations.

      Cons

      lack of industrial training and career opportunities in terms of progression. but then again, it depends on which department that you are working with.
