Pros

This is without a doubt, the fastest moving company I have ever worked at. Everything moves at such a rapid pace that you are constantly engaged and pushing yourself and others around you forward. Surrounded by brilliant, enthusiastic, cool people who love what they do is extremely inspiring and motivating.

Cons

The pace at which the business is evolving can be a little overwhelming at times but as flexible working is encouraged, I am in total control of my workload.

Nice company to work for. You get free food every Friday. If you work late you get dinner as well. There are staff parties, really sociable company.

Cons

Nothing really. It's nice that's it's very flexible to suit your needs.

Great to see the how the business works and have learnt some great skills to take anywhere in operations. Free lunch each fridays!! very flexible if you have a balanced life.

Cons

A little bit unorganised as company is rapidly growing, can be chaotic at times. Late nights as it is technically works hospitality hours.
