Positive company culture with a team of mostly great, collaborative people. ​The company offers employee perks, such as a free monthly lunch. ​Strong learning opportunities are available through direct mentorship and on-the-job training. ​There's a focus on work-life balance, with flexible work arrangements or remote options available.

Cons

Career progression is challenging due to a perceived lack of transparency, with promotions seeming to favour certain individuals over others, leading to frustration among many high-performing employees. The leadership team is a source of concern. The department head's bullying behaviour and abrasive management style have created a hostile work environment, contributing to a high turnover rate and a lack of psychological safety.
