Cons
Salaries are at the lowest end of the market even if their owner door dash claims otherwise. High turnover because employees are aware of this. Performance reviews are based on politics, role changes and pay rises are based on politics. Most line managers prioritise their own visibility and ambition over developing their teams - if they have a chance of getting promoted they’ll make damn sure they’d take as much credit as they can at the expense of their team, team to manager feedback is never acknowledged. If you thrive in office politics and organising endless meetings that someone else is already organising you’ll love it.
