You will have lots of fun here and make good friendships. Good work life balance. You will get to play a lot of sports!

Cons

Petty politics right from the top management to the bottom. HR here is a joke. They practically dont exist. Your manager is your HR and if your manager is bad, you are a goner. He/she will ensure to destroy everything about you. Lots of blame game and politics. You can't trust your managers to support you or help you grow. They will backstab you just for their growth. An extreme toxic work environment. The work is stagnated, they have too many people for doing less job and each of them are getting ridiculously high paid for no god damn reason. You dont learn much when it comes to work because there is no quality work or growth in career.

I don't really remember good things about being in decathlon warehouse.

Cons

Very bad experience in Decathlon logistics. I have worked with decathlon for 4 years in retail but my 4 months in decathlon logistics north warehouse was worst time. I admire decathlon culture by my heart but in warehouse we were slaves working for more than 11hr a day and no weekoffs. I am not even considering my work life balance because there was no life...

There are some genuine people in the company, and opportunity to travel if you have control over your own role and your manager understands the importance of investment.

Cons

Wouldn’t give this company even 1* if it was an option. Disgusting bullying and harassment at all levels of the company. Left on my own accord recently thankfully, but watched 6 different people go through constructive dismissals over two and a bit years and have nowhere to turn to as there is no HR department. If they decide they don’t like you, in their words they’ll ‘make it impossible for you to want to stay’ (and that is a quote from management!!!). Don’t expect help from the ‘HR department’, especially the one replying on here. The company is turning Spanish with there being mostly Spanish people at the top. Nepotism at its finest. You get treated better working as a bin man. So glad to be away. Even clearing up other people’s rubbish left me less mentally ill than working for these when I was suicidal going to work every day.
