Pros

Friendly co-workers Competitive salary (double paid on Sundays, bonus every 3 months if the shop makes profits) A lot of trainings even as a part-time worker Team Building events

Cons

None for as far as I can remember (You just need to be in a good physical shape for this kind of job because shops are big and you have to run everywhere during your working time)

Autonomy, Equality and freedom to an extent, Very healthy competition amongst employees, Get to work for and with real sport lovers.

Cons

Not every manager is worth their positions, Too much work pressure if less team members in your team, Hectic work schedules and timings, Affects your health to an extent.
