Pros

The working dynamic is great. There are often a lot of changes, so it's more suitable for people who can adapt quickly with new organization and tools. Good work life balance.

Cons

Management is not so great. There are not a lot of opportunities to change job or be promoted in production countries.

Pros

In a few months you can be the section head. The working atmosphere is very good.

Cons

Low salaries. Even if ascending fast and have big responsibilities you won't earn a lot of money.

Pros

Good philosophies of sale: advice clients on what they need (not what is more expensive). Some managers use a democratic style but not all of them. If you work their long enough, can benefit interesting bonuses.

Cons

Long hours of work, very physical with few break (sometimes none except for a short lunch break). Poorly paid if no bonus. Management style could be quite strict with no flexibility depending on your department and store manager.
