      As a sporting retailers, colleagues are friendly，easy to approach, energetic ;a lot of internal sport event were encouraged to participated； enjoy product discounts; transparent progress path; Promotions are encouraged for hard-working staffs

      Cons

      low working efficiency lead to extra working time for colleagues after pre-set working hours; It is hard to set a time to get off work; you need to be flexible, but maybe this is also true for most retailers.

      - Young and friendly atmosphere, everyone knows each other - Fast integration - Flexibility in terms of working hours. - Social events - Bonuses, discounts on products

      Cons

      - Like everywhere in retail, some days are more stressful than others - Like everywhere in retail, some clients are more difficult than others - Some tasks can be extremely repetitive and boring (unpacking hundreds of products for several hours) - Progression seems very slow - Stores and departments are always compared/ranked. Some stores will refuse to cooperate for that matter.
