Pros

Fun to work in a sporting environment. You get to meet some cool customers and generally the staff are very nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Wage was £4.50 per hour until I turned 18, it then went up to £4.98 per hour. You had to do quite a lot of work for your money and often the store seemed understaffed.

Pros

Play while working. In Decathlon there is limited possibilities for myself and for career. Happiness , health and possibilities are the most attractive things to me in Decathlon. I could get system training to become a multiskilled manager.

Cons

Working with intensive labor and mental work. It is not weekend off, one day on workday, one day on weekend.
