> Autonomy > Allowed to make mistakes > Young and dynamic work force > A lot to learn as company pays a lot of attention to trainings.

Cons

not really a lot of cons, but salary structures could be improved based on industry standards, other wise a great place to work.

Lots of responsibility from the first day, and freedom to make your own choices. The good culture within the company develops lots of energy among staff.

Cons

Removal of the hierarchy within the management structure has left no accountability for certain aspects of the role.
