      Pros

      Absolutely no pros. Every little positivity is circled by a very large negativity. SO absolutely nothing good.

      Cons

      No system in place. Everyone thinks that they are the best. Hire people at a very low salary just because they hire incompetent people. And then make them feel like they are the best in the world. P.S. If u think that you sell because you are good. I am sorry to break the bubble. You sell because you are cheap (except for the cycles).

      -Many great minds in one place so you learn something new every day. -a new challenge every day. -that smile the customer reflects after a purchase. -sports events conducted with the other departments from the Store.

      Cons

      -working on weekends. -if your department manager is very dull that hinders your progress. -occasional mistakes done by the payroll

      Cons

      Not every manager is worth their positions, Too much work pressure if less team members in your team, Hectic work schedules and timings, Affects your health to an extent.
