      Pros

      Healthy and cooperative environment to work, knowledge sharing and development for teammates on all sides, Celebrating victories and making an individual meeting monthly to discuss the previous period, being able to transfer from retail to supply or HR or whatever (flexibility).

      Cons

      Your business responsibilities and interaction has decreased lately and we have became more like an average sales person at any retail company although this was what makes us different.

      Pros

      -Full integrated company proposing zigzag opportunities and international experiences. -Management providing autonomy -Company with an active and agile mindset turned to innovation (products, services) -Simplicity in terms of communication between each of us, including CEO and comex. -Sporting goods company : which allows to live a strong purpose.

      Cons

      -Very poor change management with severe impacts of changes on teammates impacted. -Salary which remains lower than big companies like us (especially when low bonuses), with now big gaps between new external profiles and internal profiles. -No re-skilling program and strong difficulties in terms of in-house reclassification (especially for people above 50 years old).
