      Pros

      Flexibility and work-life balance. Close-knit teams help create a relaxed environment. Lots of opportunities to try out new tech (or whatever you may be interested in learning).

      None that come to mind. Overall great place to work.

      Good salary, 401k matching and occasional bonus

      Cons

      The Saint Paul and Saint Cloud offices are horrible. They are outdated and disgusting. Décor is from the 70's, duct tape holds areas of carpet together, only natural light is contained in offices that have doors mostly closed. Unfortunately the software maintained is equal in age to the office.

      technology was behind, not much room for growth and did not seem to have interest in growing developers or pursuing updated technology
