*Company and culture has changed for worse
*Executives are focused on the short term right now (especially in EMEA) this cascades to all levels within the organisation (product, support, billing, sales, HR)
*Due to Covid 19, there is no fun anymore as you have to work from home! Thus, for the next few months, we expect to have no exposure to clients
*The focus now is on calls, emails and online demos (you have to log in everything manually as the systems are crap)... super micromanaging as I have never seen in my 12 years of experience
*Compensation plans have changed dramatically "my way or the highway" .. forget about negotiating it (Every other VDR pays substantially more)
*Best employees are leaving as they are disgusted with management, the new strategy is to get low paid junior employees (Thus the culture changed dramatically)
*It is the most expensive VDR in the market, that was OK 18 years ago but now there are new players that do it better at a fraction of the price
Overall, this industry will change dramatically in the next 3 years, IntraLinks and Datasite are trying to create new products with no market fit and are struggling to maintain their market share/price levels... thus, you better have a plan for 2022
