They mean well but execute poorly

Work/Life balance is phenomenal. It's a fun time being around the people there. Very inclusive environment and people of all walks of life are welcome.

Cons

Tech is out dated and not getting better. Management is sorely unengaged and seemingly clueless to what employees actually need or want. Unless you're on one of the new products, it's not a good time. There's little prioritization of work so you end up a maintenance engineer. All the Product Managers and Scrum Masters (called Delivery Managers here) have multiple squads with split focus. So really, their focus is on the shiny new stuff.

Great team culture and supportive management team. Organisation has recently bolstered it's Product Marketing team to give great insights and tools to sell more effectively. Plenty of opportunities to learn and improve as a Sales professional with weekly training sessions hosted by SMEs in the organisation. Fantastic team culture with plenty of opportunities to socialise e.g. Monthly drinks and charity events as a team. Great financial position, no-one in the Sales Organisation lost their job during the C-19 pandemic despite the state of the global economy! Plenty of opportunities to earn extra money with 2/3 Sales Spiff opportunities per year (extra on top of base salary and standard commission which is uncapped).

Cons

Management can be a too lenient and afford too much time to non-performing sales people.
