      Pros

      - The people are good. - There can be fun events outside of work. - Good exposure to wide client base of IBs, PEs, VC and Corporates. - Great learning role.

      Cons

      - Pay is average vs competitors and the wider SaaS community. - Management refuse to negotiate compensation even for Directors. - Commission structure is convoluted and is designed to withhold money from the sales team. - Long hours for not a lot of pay off. - Culture has shifted since before COVID.

      Very flexible working at Datasite. New system adding for working accurately

      Cons

      My manager is really well Micro-Management. I’ve been here closely to 2 years and we never shared about the progress I have impacted in my roll. Instead, she is very demanding every little mistakes is such a huge deal for her. Everyday coming to work, I am hoping for perfection. I am Emotionally fear that if I made one mistake, it’s going to ruin her life!
