Pros

Datasite allows each sales rep to use creativity and their passions to build their network and client base up. They fully support the individual decisions of each rep and help ensure each rep has a solid plan in place to exceed their sales quotas. I can't say enough about the supportive culture of peers within sales, service and leadership. The compensation is fair, although it can be said that the upside seems to get more and more limited each year of sales tenure.

Cons

Diversity amongst sales reps for ethnicity needs to improve. Additionally, compensation upside is limited and appears to cap out amongst top sales reps. Each year quotas seem to double and percentages of commission received shrink. New products are being emphasized to sell without proven implementation or proof of concept.
