      The benefits were pretty good

      Cons

      Legal solutions dept. was sold in June to DTI with little to no warning to non-management employees. Lost all benefits and sale was started in time to avoid yearly review/bonuses. Management does not communicate with clients or employees to solve problems that arise, and the lack of direct communication makes it hard to do your job.

      Great people to work with. Team support is good.

      Cons

      Middle management has become the most ineffective and demoralizing group of managers in years. Depending on your team, large anniversaries are ignored. Don't expect to be rewarded for working through the hard times. I have even seen an award not delivered to a person. Middle management is insecure and will not support staff.
