If you like working in an environment where there are high school cliques then this is the place for you. But beware because there is a lot of fingers pointing, back stabbing and power grabbing. Upper management does not value knowledge but instead only wants to hear their ideas and opinions echoed back to them. Be ready to say yes at every idea they have, good or bad. If you disagree, you’re finished. I’ve worked at many companies over the years and I’ve never encountered such a toxic environment. Whatever they offer you it isn’t worth it.

Everyone felt sad, and rarely said hello to one another. Every group was a silo and it took too much effort to get anyone to do something that was just a little bit outside the their window of normal work.
