Pros

I can't say enough good things about this company. The people are all so nice! Everyone works together and help each other out. The managers are really supportive. They hold people accountable but are fair and give a lot of recognition on the Bonusly recognition tool we use. The company is growing and there are lots of opportunities for advancement or other jobs in the company. The client services team gets really high customer satisfaction scores and it's really fun to be part of this team. I love working here!

Cons

Can't think of any cons.

Pros

Nothing really except the okay paycheck

Cons

-Putting people on PIPs (performance improvement plans) firing them is pretty common here. They PIP people for trivial reasons. -At one point 20% of the product/engineering team in the NYC office was on PIPs -When I visited their Minneapolis headquarters, the engineers did not like working there at all -Very bureaucratic and old-school

Pros

Great place to start learning professional customer service through multiple communication channels, tech support, basic project management depending which workflow queue you're hired to work in, and process improvement.

Cons

1. Management is focused on promoting "yes" employees and favortism. It is not based on the impact and contributions an employee has made. 2. Management is focused on holding back valuable employees in their role by finding reasons and paths that will convince the employee they may be promoted if they take the suggested route but a promotion never happens. Many strong contributors have left the company after several years for better opportunities that value them. 3. The team culture has become very toxic in the last few years. You cannot trust anyone as everyone is faking it to make it. Be cautious who you befriend here as there are excellent actors. 4. Facts versus opinions in feedback usually ends with opinions winning if you are not a "yes" employee or management's favorite. Beware that if you are good or excellent at your job, you pose as a threat to others who kiss a**. Expect some fake negative feedback from management during your1:1s and yearly reviews. 5. The current president of the US client services team is the only one who has shown professionalism. Everyone else down the chain is not trustworthy.
