Pros

I've only been at Merrill for three weeks but thus far this place is awesome. The culture is great, the team is on top of standard UX methodologies, leadership is always there for yah, they have great benefits, 4% retirement match, vacation/sick, great work-life balance. So far I am very happy with Merrill.
