Paid on time, pretty good PTO policy (depending on the department). WAS remote/WFH for p&e, seems like they're pushing for RTO.

Cons

Rapidfire acquisitions with no real direction, performative and ineffective leadership, bloated middle management structure, constant re-prioritization and re-organization with no real goals in mind. Layoffs as a result of poor decision making and shoddy forecasting. Not diverse at all, and cliquey. Also, why did they make the chief marketing officer the chief product officer? Couldn't find a compelling explanation for that, nor was one offered.

Management murdered the engeering culture that made Datasite great.

There was a great engineering culture when I joined.

Cons

Management has murdered its engineering culture and replaced it with a dysfunctional Rube Goldberg machine that can't deliver. Everyone is miserable here and finds management insufferable due to their constant reorganization of product and engineering. Very few people enjoy working at Datasite anymore.

- Zero care for their employee. - Will chuck you under the bus when they can. - Over worked to the point where I had to take a mental health break for 6 months and they did not care. - Overall a very fake company to work for.
