Merrill Technology services(MTS), India is the sister company of Merrill Corporation, USA which is a Service oriented company in Legal & Law firm. MTS India's most of their operations are BPO and Finance, and so most of them thought its a BPO service company. But last 6/7 years they started developing Software applications for their own business operations. So there is no customer or target pressure for the development teams. Here I read reviews about Merrill Corporation, but most of them are from USA employee. Since their job domain, working culture and needs are different from Indian's, they rated merrill corporation very less. If I rate Merrill Technology Services, India separately, Its not less than 4.5 out of 5. # When it comes for Ratings and Reviews, Glass Door should have a separate pool for the companies' Sister companies and Subsidiaries Companies#

You can get double digit raises every year by gaming their laughable and ridiculous performance metrics. Also if you're good at office politics then the sky's the limit at Merrill.
