Stable company with good product-market fit, market leader in the industry

Cons

Stagnant career growth, stale product, siloed functions across sales where teams from different regions don't interact or learn from one another. The company has four CROs getting paid millions and yet chooses to lay off their employees in multiple regions despite performance or consistency - this should tell you everything you need to know about the company.

Everyone felt sad, and rarely said hello to one another. Every group was a silo and it took too much effort to get anyone to do something that was just a little bit outside the their window of normal work.

My manager is really well Micro-Management. I’ve been here closely to 2 years and we never shared about the progress I have impacted in my roll. Instead, she is very demanding every little mistakes is such a huge deal for her. Everyday coming to work, I am hoping for perfection. I am Emotionally fear that if I made one mistake, it’s going to ruin her life!
