Absolutely incompetent management Employees are not treated fairly. Employees are constantly asked to make changes for the bad apples. Behavior that would be otherwise be solved with termination is the norm here. Management constantly treats their employees as though they are worthless. False promises are made and when a manager does not like you, you find yourself "punished."
