Cons
1. Management is in dark about the process. 2. High levels of attrition due to incapable team leads. 3. Key Result Areas for employees are non-existent. 4. Lack of training from St. Paul. 5. Files are only reviewed in Chennai and so employees do not have the knowledge required to update themselves. IRIS has better understanding about process than those in MTSI. 6. Highly biased system to evaluate CAs and non-CAs. Appraisal is based on your nativity and not efficiency at work.
