Pros

Most people are friendly and want to do their jobs well. The services we provide are diverse and there are opportunities to explore different positions.

Cons

There are outposts that are resistance to change, where ideas get insincere lip service. Some employees feel they need to be available at all hours, and this is both damaging to those individuals and sends the wrong message about work/life balance to others. If some feel they cannot trust the support of their co-workers then that needs to be addressed.
