The benefits were pretty good

Cons

Legal solutions dept. was sold in June to DTI with little to no warning to non-management employees. Lost all benefits and sale was started in time to avoid yearly review/bonuses. Management does not communicate with clients or employees to solve problems that arise, and the lack of direct communication makes it hard to do your job.

A large company made up of different business segments. A new CEO which is bringing some much needed changes to the company. Currently investing a lot back into the company so a lot of changes are taking place.

Cons

Company is going through some growing pains. A new CEO a year ago and still trying to find the direction for the company. Lacks the discipline and processes you would expect for a company of this size.
