Aggressive company culture, no-one is bigger than the company or not expendable. Expect staff to work overtime whenever, and rota shifts.

Some instability at the moment; several work reductions since the sale of the Legal business New upper management making constant changes; other than that, it was a very positive experience for me

The lower level team members are very friendly and have a great team

Cons

Top and Senior Management, lesser spoken about is better. Bad compensation ans and and no employee focus. Management is not professional and the business is run like an individuals personnel organisation
