Pros

Great people to work with and fantastic company culture. Company is growing and benefits are great. Vacation time was increased a few years ago for all new and existing employees and the training for new joiners is amazing. They just started implementing an employee development and progression program so employees can now have a clear training/roadmap when it comes to new roles and positions within the organization.

Cons

Salaries should be a bit more competitive and incentives for hourly employees could be better so they can keep good employees for leaving the company.

Cons

Sure, there are times of high pressure and great demand, yet those times ebb and flow - and are often worth the output. There are many mundane tasks associated with any sales role, yet, here at Datasite, even those tasks are apart of something larger and management works hard to recognize those efforts.

Cons

Not many people know Merrill's historical and current service offering that well. Many still ask if I work for Merrill Lynch.
