      I have worked in tech for nearly 20 years. Datasite is the most aligned company I have ever worked at. From the CEO to the CRO and down, everyone understands the importance of growth, and the need for the industries best product.

      Pros

      Unlimited company credit card with access to best restaurants, sporting events and workout with clients.

      Cons

      People aren't afraid to backstab and throw you under the bus if it gets them a few thousand extra dollars. Completely ruins any relationships you try and build with other employees

The culture, the ability to bring forth your ideas and be heard, the challenges, growth and more is what makes Datasite one of the best organizations I've worked for.

      The beauty of Datasite is that when a "con" pops up, employees feel very comfortable bringing it up without feeling any negativity. All our thoughts are valued no matter how big or small.
